This is for a sales department with complex deliveries, and the growth key and the big ambitions of the company are in this department. The right person will have a great deal of influence, and will help to develop a sales organization in a company with a good foundation, great potential and who want growth. The sales manager will be a very central person in further investments, and will be part of the management team as well as reporting to the CEO.   • Through good and motivational leadership, develop the sales department further
  • Focus on top line and order intake
  • Together with the department, develop new customer relationships in the various sales verticals
  • Be at the forefront of finding potential sales resources for the company
  • Be a visible leader and ambassador for Scanmatic in the market
  • Stimulate more x sales across sales verticals
  • Establish a systematic management model for the sales department for follow-up
  • Further develop structure and predictability
  • Establish development program for the sales department
Education and experience:
  • Higher academic education
  • Engineering-oriented education is an advantage
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling technology to large customers in the B2B market
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience
  • Be a leader, with strong commercial orientation and interest
  • Ability to share and highlight employees
  • Dare to be the centerpiece and take the room
  • Good at creating new relationships
  • Don’t be intimidated by industries / segments you don’t know much about
